01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777cr. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the 777cr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by:

• The 777cr Privacy Policy
• The 777cr Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions or betting markets

Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall take precedence in respect of the specific subject matter only.

777cr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering a 777cr account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777cr or any of its affiliated service providers
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777cr or had a 777cr account permanently closed for terms violations

777cr reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 777cr platform complies with all laws, regulations and requirements applicable in your specific location. 777cr makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one 777cr account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a 777cr account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify 777cr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your 777cr account. 777cr accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

777cr accepts deposits from Pakistani users via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in PKR.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised holder or account owner of the payment method being used
• The funds being deposited are not derived from criminal activity
• You are not using the platform for any money laundering or fraudulent purpose

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 777cr cashier at the time of transaction. 777cr does not charge fees on standard deposits via supported local payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777cr accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your 777cr account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, contact 777cr support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 777cr are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering compliance requirements. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your identity has been verified in accordance with 777cr's KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been completed
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method
• Your account is in good standing with no outstanding investigations or holds

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed; delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or due to requirements from your payment provider.

777cr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. Any verification requirements will be communicated to you via your registered contact details.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777cr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the following general rules:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only — not for professional or systematic extraction of value
• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms
• 777cr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to void any winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to any third party

Where a user is found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, all accounts and associated balances may be suspended without notice.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777cr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled unless otherwise explicitly permitted in the relevant market rules
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event; these are displayed in the relevant betting market
• 777cr reserves the right to void any bet where an error has occurred in the odds display due to a technical fault or human error
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability; 777cr accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed data feeds
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically, 777cr follows standard cricket betting settlement rules; matches abandoned without a result will be settled according to the rules stated in the specific market

Where a dispute arises regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 777cr's trading team shall be final. Bet settlement queries must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event conclusion.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cr platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies across markets
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Any form of money laundering or using the 777cr platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the platform's favour without immediately reporting them to 777cr support
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event available for betting on 777cr

10 Responsible Gaming

777cr provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of play
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your 777cr account
• Account Freeze: An immediate, reversible account suspension available on request through support

Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed. 777cr will not allow users who have self-excluded to access the platform, create new accounts, or receive marketing communications during their exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cr platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, data and interface designs — is the intellectual property of 777cr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership or licence rights in respect of any 777cr intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works of any 777cr content without prior written consent from 777cr. Unauthorised use of any 777cr intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cr's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

777cr accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind
• Interruptions to the 777cr service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages or circumstances beyond 777cr's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by local law
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores or results data arising from third-party data feeds used by 777cr

The 777cr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cr makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose or as to the uninterrupted availability of services.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

777cr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• A user is found to have provided false or misleading registration information
• A user's account is associated with fraudulent payment activity
• A user has self-excluded and attempts to access the platform during the exclusion period
• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations requires account restriction
• A user's account activity suggests problem gambling behaviour that requires protective intervention

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawal of any funds in the account may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, 777cr may forfeit the entire account balance. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777cr support.

14 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the 777cr service, you should in the first instance contact 777cr customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

777cr aims to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complex complaints involving transaction disputes or identity verification may require additional time. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, alternative dispute resolution options may be available — please contact support for further information.

No dispute or complaint shall affect 777cr's right to continue providing services to other users or to enforce any other provision of these Terms & Conditions.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777cr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 777cr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification.

The effective date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 777cr platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cr is licensed and operated. By using the 777cr platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction in respect of any claim or dispute arising hereunder.

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777cr platform is lawful in your specific location. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they have independently satisfied themselves regarding the legality of online gaming in their applicable jurisdiction before using the 777cr service. 777cr makes no representation or warranty that its services comply with the laws of any specific country, region or province.
